Skipping Non Regular File Rsync Symlink

Rsync prints “skipping non-regular file” for what appears to be a regular directory. 「Advanced options」から「Copy symlink as symlinks」にチェック。「Rsync output:」で「rsync」コマンドに「-l」オプションが付きました。. /src$ rsync -r -no-links./ /dest skipping non-regular file 'farsymlink' skipping non-regular file 'nearsymlink' /src$ ls /dest drwxr-xr-x 30 michael michael 4.0K 2018-09-05 09:44:49.rw- 1 michael michael 0 2018-09-05 09:48:10 file drwx- 2 michael michael 4.0K 2018-09-05 09:48:10. The symlinks aren't sent. As stated in rsync's man page, the -a (archive) switch is equivalent to -rlptgoD. However, I have a situation where I don't want symbolic links retained. Is there any way to keep using the -a switch and prevent copying of symbolic links? I could write -rptgoD every time, but it's a bit long.
